SBI asks borrowers to get rid of credit card debts

NEW DELHI: Country's biggest lender
State Depository Financial Institution of Republic Of India today asked the borrowers to command recognition card debt and
get quit of high-cost liabilities at all cost. "Control recognition card
debt. Bash whatever you can to acquire quit of your high-interest debt," SBI said in an
advertisement political campaign launched to educate borrowers on mitigating financial
risks. The political campaign follows the suggestions of the Modesty Depository Financial Institution of
India about the demand to educate borrowers who often fall into debt trap by
taking loans beyond their capacity to repay. SBI also advised bank
account holders to safegaurd their business relationships by setting up overdraft protection
and programming automatic repayments. In the educational campaign,
SBI urged the clients to salvage and put by establishing exigency finances and
opening retirement accounts. Asking the borrowers not to accept the
advise of fiscal advisers without questioning, the SBI urged the people to
explore the possibility of investment in common funds. "When saving
becomes a priority, you will truly get to collect wealth," the SBI
added.
